Shipping policy
MarleyTracieKollection has partnered with USPS to ship your orders safely and in a timely fashion. Orders are processed and shipped Mon-Fri. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.
ALL orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. ALL orders placed on national holidays will begin processing the following business day.

MarleyTracieKollection is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS.
Return/exchange policy
Due to high demand and limited quantities, all items are final sale!

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please alert us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

Unworn and unwashed items may be considered for return or exchange within 3 days of your delivery date. Returns/exchanges will be handled in the form of a store credit which can be used towards a future purchase.
Items must be in the original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted.
Order change/cancellation policy
We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns, prior to placing your order, if you cannot find the answer via our website.

Cancellations/order changes will only be considered if an email is received within 24hrs of placing your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange will still be available. Orders that have been marked fulfilled and/or shipped are not eligible for changes or cancellations.
